Ayodhya Ram Temple's 1st Anniversary

Ayodhya to host a 3-day Grand Pratishtha Dwadashi: Ram Temple's first anniversary to be celebrated with music, dance, and devotion.

A three-day grand and auspicious event, the Pratishtha Dwadashi is going to be celebrated at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya from 11 January to 13th January. This event marks the first anniversary of Ayodhya Ram Temple's consecration which was on 22nd January last year. According to the Hindu calendar, the date to celebrate Ayodhya Ram temple's anniversary is decided to be 11th January this year.

Ram Janmabhoomi Trust has decided to allow all commoners to attend the event. People who could not attend Pran Pratishtha, the consecration ceremony of the temple last year, can now attend the Ram Mandir Anniversary and commemorate the temple's establishing date. Devotees can have Ram Lala Darshan and take Prasadam.

The temple committee will also organize multiple music and dance performances from renowned classical artists each day. Raag Sewa, Bhajans, Sitar and Violin duet, classical music pieces, flute recitals, vocal performances, Bharatanatyam, and other acts will be performed. The chief guest of this event is going to be the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. 110 VIPs will also join the event who will get a tour of the whole temple.

Multiple rituals will be performed starting with Agnihotras and mantras, followed by chanting of six lakh Shri Ram Mantra and reciting Raam Raksha Stotram afterward. Hanuman Chalisa and many other devotional hymns will keep the event resonating with reverence.
